FOG Science was developed as a clearinghouse for information on the challenge of FOG (fats, oils and grease) disposal as it relates to our country’s municipal sewer systems and our environment.

We believe that with the increasing number of people who eat outside the home in America, FOG disposal represents an ever-increasing problem.

The primary author of this site is Ronald Panter, CEO of Panter Master Controls. Ron has successfully designed, engineered, manufactured, and delivered over 4000 major electrical control projects for dozens of Fortune 500 clients, and has been issued six U.S. patents, with two more are pending.
